[boost] [shared_ptr] Moce test fails

Is move test purely intended to support compilers which implement
rvalue references?  Or is rvalue emulation planned (as with the
auto_ptr test)?

If it is a C++0x only test, I would recommend adding a "C++0x" category
in the explicit failures xml file, and marking up the majority of
platformd as known failures.

Otherwise, I am happy to wait for further patches <g>
