[boost] Sandbox structure (directory level for tags)

These top level directories are found in the repository:
sandbox/
sandbox-branches/
sandbox-tags/

And now I found this (yes, I did checkout the sandbox..):
sandbox/SOC/2006/concurrency/
   branches/
   tags/
   trunk/

http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/BoostSandbox says that the
sandbox should be organized by project. Should sandbox-branches and
sandbox-tags be removed to make this more clear?
