What is the recommendation then?
Moving everything from sandbox-branches to sandbox?
Or moving eg http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/browser/sandbox/SOC/2006/concurrency/tags
to http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/browser/sandbox-tags?

Confused.
