Spirit begat quickdoc, then quickbook, precisely because writing
the docs was a pain. Yet, Spirit (1) is still in html while all
its siblings (fusion, phoenix) are now in quickbook. I'd be very
happy if someone can do a transformation of the spirit docs to
quickbook.
