ReST nor DocBook are any more standard than Quickbook, AFAIK. If you
want standard stick to HTML (ISO/IEC 15445:2000), ODA (ISO 8613), or
perhaps OpenDocument (ISO/IEC 26300:2006). ReST and DocBook are more
widely used than Quickbook though.
