There is also the Vector Image and Signal Processing Library (VSIPL).
The original VSIPL is a C library while the newer VSIPL++ is C++.
VSIPL++ also supports both serial processing and parallel processing. It
was originally meant for high performance signal processing (e.g.
radars) but its actually a general purpose library. If you're interested
