[boost] [gil] trunk compile error

Hello,

 From svn trunk I get a compiler error in boost\gil\gil_concept.hpp for 
line #1350.

Inside of IteratorAdaptorConcept

I get "expression must have a constant value" for

BOOST_STATIC_ASSERT(is_iterator_adaptor<Iterator>());
