Well, to be honest, I also haven't seen a formal definition of
"ConstAdaptableGenerator" anywhere, but I was assuming that the reader can
figure out that it's "AdaptableGenerator with const invocation operator" (by
analogy to Const_BinaryPredicateConcept in Boost Concept Check Library). Would
it be better if I change it to the latter? Are there any other things that are
unclear or ambiguous?
