The one page that links directly to the BOOST_ASSERT
documentation is BOOST_ROOT/libs/utility/index.html,
but the BOOST_ROOT/libs/libraries.htm page has a link
to BOOST_ROOT/libs/utility/utility.htm instead.  So
I'm kind of wondering myself.
