For now, maybe just generalize to "prerequisite component". If you feel
inclined, go ahead an make the change. Otherwise I'll do it tomorrow. I
also want to expand the discussion of providing a stable development
environment. We can do better than the current wording indicates.

We will certainly want to continue updating the page as more comments
come in and we refine our process, but I'm feeling it is firm enough to
begin some of the next steps in parallel. In particular, now that we
have a pretty firm outline of what the overall process is going to look
like, I'd feel more comfortable asking for release manager volunteers.
More on that tomorrow.
