Yes, but I've never submitted code to boost before.  From the web pages it 
looks like I just need to put it in a zip file instead of a tarball, and 
request for it to be put into the review queue.  I'll try to look over the 
code and docs again soonish to see if anything obvious needs cleaning up, 
and then zip it up.
