Apparently, it didn't take quite so long as I thought. I've branched  
both Boost.Graph and Boost.PropertyMap into the graph-v2 library.  
Since the two libraries are so closely relatd (and PropertyMap is  
kind of small), I figured we might do for PropertyMap at the same  
time - besides, I have an addition or two for it.
