OK, we're one step closer. :-) Now it complains that 
boost/regex/v4/regex_cstring.hpp is missing.

John, if after using bcp as above it should be possible to build the 
regex lib with the makefiles, could you pls give it a shot on your end 
and see if it works? Thanks.
