[boost] Intel C++ 10.1 is out

I was wondering if the new version (10.1) of Intel compiler is going to
be supported in 1.35? I tried to compile the recent trunk with it an
found no compilation problems (aside from that it complains for an
unknown compiler), but I haven't run any tests.
