That seems to be unreleased code?
Hmm, or am I trying to beat up something does not exist. At lest in
1.33.1 BOOST_UBLAS_NDEBUG is not there. (same in 1.34 it seems)
But yes, that seems to provide what I am looking for. Now the rest of
the NDEBUG's must be looked at :-)
