TR1 (and the C++0x working paper) say that the program is ill-formed
if result_of<...>::type isn't the same as the return type of the
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
