[boost] [svn] merging problems

When trying to commit a merge from the trunk to the release
branch I get the following message:

Error: Commit failed (details follow):  
Error: MKACTIVITY of '/svn/boost/!svn/act/b25e7d5c-6c9c-314c-84e7-
60b63850df09': 403 Forbidden (http://svn.boost.org)  

My environment is

TortoiseSVN 1.4.4, Build 9706 - 32 Bit , 2007/06/09 09:44:02
Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 SP2
