I'm not sure whether you are interested but I would like a simple way to
obtain Gaussian points for multiple dimensions for simple domains such
as simplexes and of different degrees. These are the roots of
the Legrende polynomials (at least in the one dimensional case) and are
used for numerical integration in FEM code.
