Yes, I did a fresh checkout. I also tried providing my username and password but got the same error.
 
Could you please have a look if user jano_gaspar is permissioned for committing changes?

Seems like possible cause, doesn't it? Did you check out anonymously?
Try using an explicit `svn ci --username ...`.
