[boost] [serialization] small documentation inconsistency

In browsing the boost.serialization documentation, I came across the  
following in the rationale section:

BOOST_SERIALIZATION_TRACKING(construct_from, track_never)

It appears that the name of that macro has at some point been changed  
to BOOST_CLASS_TRACKING.
