[boost] [Interprocess] Interprocess' reference documentation overwritten by Boostbook's.

Hi Ion,

The main page of the Interprocess reference documentation is created
at '/doc/html/reference.html' which is the same location as the
Boostbook reference documentation. When the combined documentation is
generated is gets overwritten by boostbook. So can you change the
location it's generated at?
