I ran into that when i was looking at a test failure with 
add_reference<void> (the Beta MS TR1 won't compile it) - the WP clarifies
that void should be supported, but also replaces add_reference with
add_(rvalue/lvalue)_reference.

Still, at least i'm learning more about how all this stuff works while
testing it!
