[boost] [spirit] tree_to_xml test failing on release branch

The (recently added) spirit/tree_to_xml test is failing on all the platforms on
the release branch - for example http://tinyurl.com/34lwxf.

The test is passing on Trunk. Does the release branch need fixing before the
release?
