[boost] [spirit] tree_to_xml.cpp fails to compile on release branch

  Just wanted to point out that spirit library tests tree_to_xml[_debug]
  added to the release branch on 2008-01-23 fail to compile on all the
  platforms. For the release platforms such as "acc" and "msvc-8.0",
  the spirit library is the only failing library on the branch.
