Where you and I live, the nearest we get is exceptions for "research or
private study" and "criticism or review", which I don't think apply in
this case. The actual text of the law can be found at
http://www.statutelaw.gov.uk/content.aspx?activeTextDocId=2250249, and
the Wikipedia page seems reasonably informative: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright%2C_Designs_and_Patents_Act_1988.
