[boost] gcc-4.3 support

hi all,

since gcc-4.3 has been released a short time ago, i'm curious about the 
plans for supporting it in boost 1.35 ...

the ticket tracker does contain a few patches for gcc-4.3, which haven't 
been included in the trunk, yet ...
