[boost] Features list for v1.34

Hi,

 

Could someone point me to a link that provides features added or major
bugs fixed for a major boost release.

 

Currently we are using 1.32 and I would like to know if we need to
upgrade to 1.34 releases.

 

I tried in the boost.org but could not find a link.
