[boost] [TR1] Hash test failures on VC9

A couple of the TR1/Hash tests (http://tinyurl.com/3bjkrv,
http://tinyurl.com/3cud5g) are failing on VC9 due to a bug in the MS libraries
(see http://tinyurl.com/2vekxc for details).

Do those tests need to be marked as expected failures?
