Say I have a struct D that derives from B, like:
struct B { int i1; }
struct D : B { int i2; }
I can adapt B to be a Fusion sequence with:
BOOST_FUSION_ADAPT_STRUCT(B, (int, i1))
Now I want to adapt D. Do I have to enumerate B's members again, or is
there a way to express the inheritance relationship so that it Just Works?
