No, and it's unlikely that I'll get to it it in time for 1.36 (unless of
course I'll get more requests for it, yours was the first one).

I guess some Statechart users must have rolled their own priority_scheduler,
but I haven't heard about them.

Implementing a priority_scheduler should not be difficult. You'll find some
information about the responsibilities of the fifo_scheduler components
