[boost] Preview 2 of a template Geometry Library

Dear list,

Herewith the URL to the second preview of Geodan's Geometry Library, including documentation and examples.

The first preview was sent to this list in January. There were several valuable comments and they are processed. The documentation contains a page with the most important changes.

The very most important change is done in the type geometry::point. The new design is now described here:

As in the first preview, there are still implementation issues and algorithmic details to be figured out or to be implemented. This is a preview and not yet a real submission. However I think that the community will get a feeling how it works and/or should work.
