[boost] ANN: JSON parser based on Boost.Spirit and under Boost Software License

As there has been some talk about JSON lately: The JSON parser TinyJSON  
has not only been updated to become a template and work with different  
string types. I also asked the developer Thomas if his parser can be  
licensed under the Boost Software License. Thankfully Thomas has changed  
the license. The parser might be even more useful now for those interested
