[boost] [statechart] trunk regression test failures

Some of the statechart tests (e.g. http://tinyurl.com/56o53l) are failing with
errors about boost::function. e.g.

fifo_worker.hpp(70) : error C2977: 'boost::function0' :
too many template arguments.

Looks like the failures are due to the recent change in allocator support in 
the function library
