[boost] Various documentation fixes.

Hello all,

I've been looking through some of the documentation patches on Trac,
and have gathered them together on a branch, along with a few small
changes I've noticed recently. I've attached a patch, and you can see
the individual changes at:

This touches the documentation for:

Bimap
Bjam
Date Time
Format
Interprocess
Intrusive
Mpi
Numeric/Conversion
Optional
Python
Spirit
Utility

The changes are small and pretty obvious, so I'll merge them in at the
end of the week if I don't hear any objections.
