[boost] Congratulations to the Successful Summer of Code Students!

Many congratulations to the eight successful Google Summer of Code 
applicants: http://code.google.com/soc/2008/boost/about.html

We had a lot of very strong proposals this year, so our commiserations go to 
all those student's who weren't successful: we really appreciated all of 
your applications, and some of you lost out by just a hair's breadth, so I 
hope you'll consider applying again next year if you're able.

There are some interesting projects again this year, so I'm sure we'll all 
look forward to seeing the results!
