[boost] [spirit][config] release branch test failures

Some of the Spirit(2) tests are failing on the release branch due to a missing
"boost/config/warning_disable.hpp" (e.g. http://tinyurl.com/5bdq5g).

I assume that warning_disable.hpp needs to be merged across from Trunk?
