[boost] data_binding library for boost... Any interest?

Unfortunately, posting lots of code on here does not work well.

Small snippits of a library work well, but just pasting the file into
the message makes
it difficult to read.  You should just summarize your proposal and put
a link to where the code can be found.  Try to have a hello-world style
example that gives a 5 minute introduction.
