I've just added an entry for multi_index, hopefully I haven't messed anything,
would be grateful if you could take a look.
Also, I tidied up the previous material in the page according to the following
rules, which AFAICS have governed the composition of previous release
1. Libraries are listed in alphabetical order.
2. Besides the dedicated entry, the lib name should be added to the
[purpose] section at the beginning of the page.
Maybe it'd make sense to add these rules as a reminder comment at the
beginning of the page (provided Quickbook has some form of comment)?
