The problem isn't that there's work to be done; it's that nobody has
made a clear decision about what work *should* be done.  I can easily do
whatever documentation work is needed, but it looks like we need a
referee to choose Boost's course of action, and as release manager I
think you are the guy to decide what, exactly, is going to be released.
