It is working for me now.

With 1.37.0 as in the past, three or more people had to coordinate via email
to update the SourceForge release system and the www.boost.org web site.
That meant a delay between when the release packages went up and the web
site got updated.

This time around I tried to capture what had to be done and add it to the
release manager's checklist. The target is to cut the delay to minutes
rather than hours or even a day.
