That sounds pretty useful to me - if much hard work for the document writer.
It would be very useful (while you are at it ;-)
if the PDF Subject and keywords fields could be filled.
And a ISBN and Dewey decimal library classification field could be added (like title authors, purpose ...) to aid getting these
documents into the normal library catalogs.
