John - thanks for your kind response. Yes, I did use the supplied script for building the library. I believe it used "bjam --build-type=complete option".
I am just escalating this if somebody has the same problem with 1.37, or if it's an isolated issue.
I downgraded to 1.36 and no problem.

Two questions:
* Did you build the date-time library with VC9?
* Did you build using the bjam --build-type=complete option?
