Why do you want the change? After all the above is no different than:

/svn/boost/sandbox/chrono
/svn/boost/sandbox-branches/chrono
/svn/boost/sandbox/move_semantics
/svn/boost/sandbox-branches/move_semantics

Which is what we have now.
