Yes. I plan to improve support for asynchronous I/O and really need to  
look again at the big picture to see if there are some other areas where  
the library should be improved before it can be reviewed. Hopefully I've  
time in the coming weeks to work again on the library (if there are others  
who want to look at the big picture and help identifying weaknesses I'd  
appreciate it).
