What? I was blaming 1-phase exception handling.

You seem to *equate* resumption with 2-phase. This is not the case.
Resumption is based on 2-phase, but I was neither blaming nor praising
resumption. Does the following help?

class ResumptiveEH : TwoPhaseEH { ... };
