Hi all,

Boost.Function doesn't seem to have been merged to release for the
last 8 months. There are also a number of open tickets which look
fairly easy to fix. So, if no one objects, I'll try to deal with them
in a few days time and then merge outstanding changes a little while
later. These tickets fix various problems:
