The links to "GTL Boostcon 2009 Presentation" in the documentation seem to be broken. The file "GTL_boostcon_draft03.htm" tries to forward to "GTL_boostcon_draft03_files/frame.htm", but the directory "GTL_boostcon_draft03_files" doesn't exist.
