When compiling with MSVC9 or 10 on x64 with warnings set to the maximum I
really get flooded.
What you're doing is maybe a bit cavalier but I wouldn't blame you, the
amount of warnings is currently too important to disable them one by one in
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
