For the curious, I have uploaded stuff in the vault (database section of 
course).

Please note:
* It's a moving target.
* I develop on Windows with Visual Studio Express 2008. There is a 
solution file in the msvc dir. Nothing bjam works yet.
* First thing to look at is probably the test suite in 
libs/rdb//test/test.cpp
