It is: http://tinyurl.com/ojalum (and as I said this will be part of Boost
V1.41).

Again, it is. Spirit V2.1 is the result of a 2 year beta phase of Spirit V2
(and it's a 100% rewrite of V2, resulting in faster compilation times,
simpler design, and faster execution). I'm happy we finally manage to
release it.
